TicoDash is a local food and grocery delivery service based in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca. We bring your favorite meals and essentials from local restaurants and stores directly to your door – everything you need, in a dash!

We currently deliver in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca and surrounding areas including Cocles, Playa Chiquita, and Punta Uva.

Sure can. On both the search page and the menu page, you’ll see a message at the top of the screen that says, “Delivery for Today at ASAP.” This is the default setting. Click that, and you can select any delivery or pickup time up to one week in advance. Press Update and you’ll be ready to place your future order.

If your order is scheduled for ASAP delivery or pickup, the merchant will already be in the process of preparing the order. For that reason, any changes or cancellations are best sent directly to the merchant. If your order is scheduled for delivery or pickup at some point in the future, you can cancel or change the order up to one hour before the scheduled time. Go into your Order History, locate the “Awaiting order” and click the “Cancel order” button.

If your order is incorrect, missing items, or arrived late, please report it in the app within 24 hours. Our support team will review your claim and help resolve it quickly.

Download the TicoDash app, create an account, browse restaurants or stores, select your items, and check out. You’ll get real-time updates on your order status.

Our delivery hours are from 08:00 AM to 11:30 PM, 7 days a week. Some restaurant hours may vary.

Most deliveries take between 30–60 minutes, depending on restaurant preparation time and distance.

We accept credit/debit cards, SINPE Móvil, PayPal, and cash on delivery (COD) in select areas.

Yes, a small service fee helps support the platform and improve your experience. The exact amount is shown at checkout.

Yes, creating an account helps us keep your orders secure and provide better support.

Yes! TicoDash Basic – Free to use, pay-per-order. TicoDash Premium – Monthly plan with discounted delivery fees, priority customer support, and exclusive offers.

Apply directly through the app or at www.ticodash.com/drive. You must be 18+, have a smartphone, reliable transportation, and valid ID.

Earnings depend on the number of deliveries, distance, and time. Drivers keep 100% of their tips and receive weekly payouts.

Yes! TicoDash drivers are independent contractors and can choose when and where they want to work.
