        TicoDash Terms and Conditions

        By accessing the TicoDash website or mobile application ("Site") or using any of the services offered by TicoDash, LLC ("TicoDash", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any of the terms, you may not access the Site or use the Services.

        You may also be required to agree to additional terms before using certain features. In the event of a conflict, those additional terms shall prevail.

        TicoDash may modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

        1. Registration

        To access certain services, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your information current.

        2. Email Communication

        By registering, you agree to receive emails from TicoDash regarding account updates, promotions, and service-related communications. You can opt out of marketing emails anytime by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the communication.

        3. Individual Features

        Some features may have their own terms ("Individual Service Agreements"). If there is a conflict between those and this Agreement, the Individual Service Agreement governs.

        4. Use of the Services

        You may only use the Site and Services for lawful purposes. You may not:

        • Sell, sublicense, or exploit the Services.

        • Modify or create derivative works.

        • Reverse engineer any part of the Services.

        • Use automated scripts or violate network security.

        We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

        5. User Content

        You may post content ("User Content") in designated areas. You retain ownership, but grant TicoDash a license to use, display, and distribute your content.

        You may not post:

        • Anything illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing.

        • Sensitive or private data without consent.

        • False or misleading content.

        TicoDash may remove content at its discretion.

        6. Content License

        By posting content, you grant TicoDash a royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, perpetual license to use it for any purpose related to the Services.

        7. Ownership

        All intellectual property related to the Site and Services, including software and content, is owned by TicoDash or its licensors.

        8. Data Collection

        TicoDash may collect and analyze data (non-personal) from your usage to improve Services. These "Results" are the sole property of TicoDash.

        9. DMCA Notice

        If you believe your copyrighted work has been used improperly on our platform, contact:

        10. Warranties

        You represent that:

        • You are legally able to enter this agreement.

        • Your provided information is accurate.

        • Your use of the Services complies with applicable laws.

        11. Indemnification

        You agree to indemnify and hold TicoDash harmless from claims or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

        12. Disclaimer

        Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” TicoDash does not guarantee:

        • Uninterrupted access

        • Accuracy of content

        • Fitness for a particular purpose

        You use the Site at your own risk.

        13. Limitation of Liability

        TicoDash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our liability will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to use the Services, whichever is greater.

        14. Privacy Policy

        Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement.

        15. Linked Sites

        We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from the Site. Use them at your own risk.

        16. Notices

        All notices to TicoDash must be in writing and sent to our registered business address. We may notify you via email or via notices on the Site.

        17. Termination

        We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Certain sections of this Agreement will survive termination.

        18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

        This Agreement is governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Limón Province, unless otherwise agreed. You waive any right to a class action or jury trial.

        19. Jurisdiction Notice for Costa Rica

        TicoDash operates under the legal jurisdiction of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any consumer complaints may be directed to the Ministerio de Economía, Industria y Comercio (MEIC).

        20. General

        This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not transfer your rights without written permission.
